Shipping & Deliveries

Our shipping process is very efficient and pain-free, once the payment has been processed, the product will be prepared for shipment. Generally the preparation and fulfilment takes 1-2 business days, and then the product is shipped directly to your preferred location. In total, the shipment length is about 2-3 business days after you place an order. If you are located within Southern Ontario, the shipping process can take as little as 1-2 business days.

We use 2PL transportation companies to handle our deliveries, such as UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Currently, we only ship nationwide across Canada. We are working towards delivery in the United Kingdom and the United States.

Currently, we offer free shipping throughout Canada on orders totaling $25 and above. The order total must be $25 or above, before adding shipping costs in order to qualify. If orders are less than $25, shipping costs are $3.99 for regular delivery (2-3 business days).

Importantly, all shipping and delivery fees are non refundable. We offer complimentary package tracking, please view your receipt and order confirmation to verify your tracking number.

Returns

If you are upset with products you received from our company, if you received incorrect items, or if your product was damaged, you are entitled to a free refund on the purchase price. Please contact us in order to describe your issue, and begin the return process.

In terms of return policy, we accept returns of opened boxes, however we cannot accept opened products. We will process your refund via your original payment method. You are not responsible for paying any costs associated with return shipments.

Returns can be shipped back to our company, or alternatively we can email your return shipping label, which can be printed and attached to the physical package. All return labels are processed through Canada Post, regardless of the original carrier who delivered your package.
